Pigs are to be delivered to Koallah Farm between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on the day prior to the scheduled day of slaughter.
Note: Pigs are not to be delivered to site without a booking that has been confirmed with Koallah Farm staff.
Pigs must be accompanied with a Pig Pass and be tattooed.
Carcasses typically hang for a minimum of 3 days before boning.
Custom Hanging Periods are available upon request.
All cuts (excluding bones and sausages) are packaged in vacuum packaging to maintain freshness and improve freezing and defrosting.
All meat is labelled with product name, pack date and weight and placed in cardboard carry boxes for collection.
Pick up & Delivery
We will communicate when your products are scheduled for boning and packing so that you can plan your collection the following day. Please make sure your collection date has been confirmed with our staff before arrival.
Delivery of your finished product is available as part of our scheduled deliveries to the Melbourne Metro, Geelong, Colac and the Ballarat areas. Delivery Fees Apply.
