Animals are not to be delivered to our site without a booking. You must ring the office between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday to arrange a booking.
All animals are to be delivered to Koallah Farm between 7:00am and 3:00pm on the day prior to the scheduled day of slaughter. We cannot receive animals for slaughter on the same day.
All pigs must be accompanied with a PigPass National Vendor Declaration(NVD).Â All pigs less than 25kg body weight must be tagged with an approved ear tag.Â Pigs over 25kg body weight are required to be tattooed with the owners tattoo brand on the left shoulder where it can easily identified.
National Vendor Declaration (NVD) forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org but will need to ensure this is done prior to delivery of the animal.
We will not accept delivery of your animal if you have not provided your paperwork and your animal is not fitted with an NLIS ear tag.

Carcass Cut Sheets
Your cut sheet for your animal will be emailed to you when you ring to arrange your booking. Alternatively, it can be downloadedÂ below.
This cut sheet needs to be emailed, faxed or brought with you when you deliver your animal. If you do not provide a cut sheet prior to us receiving your animal for processing it will be boned and packed according to our standard cut sheet.
All carcasses will be boned and packed within 1-5 business days.
All cuts (excluding bones and sausages) are packaged in vacuumÂ packaging to maintain freshness and improve freezing and defrosting. All meatÂ is labelled with product name, pack date and weight and placedÂ in cardboard carry boxes for collection.
Pick up & Delivery
We will communicate when your products are scheduled for boning and packing so that you can plan your collection the following day.
Collection of your products is to be within the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure your collection date has been confirmed with our staff before arrival.
Delivery of your finished product is available as part of our scheduled deliveries to Melbourne. We have engaged with a third party transport company that can deliver to Melbourne Metro, Geelong and the Ballarat areas. We will communicate with you when delivery will be scheduled and provide an AM or PM delivery window to ensure you are home to accept delivery. Delivery Fees will apply and be charged to your invoice prior to delivery. Please obtain an estimated quote from our office staff when arranging a booking.
